Maurício built his Lambe Lambe camera with the help of the ABCP manual in 2014. He added a hot socket for a LED light to the camera to help with low-light conditions and uses x-ray film to produce the negative. He does research and teaches workshops on historical photographic processes such as pinhole photography and hand colouring. His Box Camera project “Camera Caixote” acts as an educational tool, helping to keep the history about this technique alive in Brazil.
