Guillaume saw an exhibition about the Box Camera in 2014 and immediately fell in love with the concept. A few years later, he built his own Box Camera at his workshop at home in the middle of nature without electricity, using only hand tools. Originally he built it just for fun, but he was soon encouraged by his friends to show his photographic magic to a bigger audience. He became a professional photographer and today is based in Arles, close to the Amphitheatre, where he offers his portrait services. He is fascinated by capturing the authentic expression and soul of his sitters.
