Cássia Xavier and Gustavo Falqueiro are a photographer couple from São Paulo. In 2007 Cássia began to study the history of “Fotógrafos de Jardim”, “Lambe-lambes”. In 2011 Cássia and Gustavo bought an original camera made in Argentina and started to investigate the techniques of the photographers. They added an adapter for using contrast filters on the camera. Cássia Xavier was the creator and is president of the Lambe-lambe Photoclub. Their Photo na Praça project works in multiple facets of photography: production, teaching, cultural dissemination and research.
