Benyamin Bahadori was born in 1985 in Ahvaz, Iran. A self-taught photographer, Benyamin began his journey in photography in 2004 and has consistently explored various approaches and alternative printing methods. He crafted his first pinhole camera in 2018. For Benyamin, photography and the development process are akin to miracles, and he sought a way to share the joy of photo development in a time-efficient manner. In 2023, inspired by the Afghan Box Camera Project, he constructed his own camera and discovered its historical significance in Iran, a tradition lost since 1980. Benyamin aspires to reignite the culture of instant photography in Iran.
